Overview

Role Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and independent Data Analyst to join our agile marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven decisions. You'll work autonomously to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights, directly influencing our marketing strategy and overall business growth. This role is perfect for a fast learner with a passion for finding patterns and solving problems.

Responsibilities
  • Independently design, develop, and maintain data systems and databases to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms) to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and new data collection methods without constant supervision.
  • Collaborate with the team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business goals.
Requirements
  • Data Analysis: SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), R.
  • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
  • Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
