Job description

PRG Pakistan is looking to hire for the vacancy of Data Analyst for our Lahore office. The ideal individual must be equipped with the knowledge of interpreting data that shall play a key role in enhancing our corporate decisions. This is an on-site position in night shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Consolidation & Integration through various primary and secondary sources
• Data Filtration and Processing to remove errors, duplicates, and other discrepancies
• Analysis and Interpretation via statistical techniques for patterns, trends, and other anomalies
• Analysis & Reporting for the data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Communication & Collaboration across cross-functional teams to define and execute data needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Finance
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or BI role (preferably within medical billing, BPO, or healthcare tech sectors)
• Proven experience in designing SQL-based queries, automating workflows, and building advanced dashboards
• Exposure to working with EHR/PMS platforms such as Athena, or eClinicalWorks is a plus
