Skinorium in Mughalpura, Lahore is seeking an office-based Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via WhatsApp from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will provide product information, process orders, collect customer details, and support packing; English/Urdu communication is required and prior customer handling or sales experience is preferred.

This is an office-based role with monthly pay and commission on orders.

Qualifications

• Good communication in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu.
• Experience with WhatsApp for customer support.
• Polite, responsible and proactive personality.
• Experience in customer dealing/sales preferred.
• Office-based availability in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Reply to WhatsApp inquiries from social ads.
• Provide basic product information, benefits and price.
• Acquire customer name, phone, and full address.
• Confirm orders and maintain records.
• Follow up with pending customers.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Assist with basic packing of confirmed orders.
