Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.

• Basic sales support, order processing, and follow-up.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping using spreadsheets or databases.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, dispatch, delivery, and accounts teams.
• Good organization, prioritization, and time-management in a fast-moving service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Attention to detail when confirming products, quantities, addresses, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of service issues until resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through approved communication channels and provide accurate information about products, orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Record and process customer orders, requests, complaints, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and delivery staff to confirm order status and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support sales activities by preparing updates, maintaining customer records, and identifying opportunities for repeat orders.
• Follow up on pending inquiries, deliveries, payments, and customer concerns.
• Prepare basic daily reports on orders, inquiries, complaints, and service performance.
• Represent HeavenBlu professionally and contribute to customer service quality.
