Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor cross-functional Toyota standardization activities at dealerships, ensuring timely implementation.
• Plan and organize cross-functional training programs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries for management review.
• Coordinate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey projects and analyze performance trends.
• Plan and conduct cross-functional audits, monitor findings, and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Organize and manage dealership skill contests and related evaluations.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support management decision‑making.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with Toyota standards and company policies.
