Suggest alternatives to unavailable items on the ecommerce site.
Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions in line with ibex. Pakistan’s processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and patience.
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
