A leading tech firm is seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to act as the key liaison between business units and IT. This role involves analyzing CRM-related requirements, proposing process improvements, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within CRM or IT, and hold a relevant bachelor's degree. This position is remote and offers full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or IT-focused roles.
• Certifications in IIBA-CCBA, IIBA-CBAP, or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze submitted business requirements and develop initial understanding.
• Coordinate requirement-gathering sessions with IT Project Managers.
• Conduct detailed elicitation sessions to capture necessary information.
• Evaluate existing business processes and propose improvements.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD and User Stories.
• Support during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Education
