Job summary

Enabling Qapital Ltd. is seeking an IPM team member to support risk-aware investment operations across country, fund, and investee levels. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting risks with a remote, multinational team.

The incumbent will contribute to financial analysis, reporting tools, and data-driven insights to strengthen portfolio monitoring and investment operations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in financial analysis, credit risk, investment operations, portfolio monitoring, reporting, banking, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and data-reconciliation techniques.
• Ability to develop and maintain structured, reliable, and user-friendly reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or data analytics.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, multinational environment while escalating issues appropriately.

Role Summary

Be part of the Investment Product Management (IPM) team, the second line of defense in managing product and fund risks. Support Investment and Risk teams throughout the investment process to ensure country, fund, and investee risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and reported.
