Job summary

The Citizen Foundation is seeking a creative Content Designer to develop engaging digital and print visuals for campaigns, social media, publications and events. You will work closely with the Content & Social Media team to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality visuals.

Responsibilities include planning and shooting video content, editing and post-production, photography, archiving assets, and staying current with visual trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital and print designs for campaigns, social media, publications, events and organisational communications.
• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content including reels, interviews, testimonials, events and campaign videos.
• Conduct professional photography and videography using DSLR/mirrorless cameras as well as mobile phones.
• Handle video post-production including editing, colour correction, sound, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling in collaboration with the Content & Social Media team.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual communications.
• Organise and maintain photography, video and design assets and ensure source files are properly archived.
• Stay updated on emerging visual, social media and content trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
