Job summary

Siemens Pakistan is seeking a Country Security Officer to safeguard personnel, sites and information across the country. The role advises local and regional management and acts as the primary contact for security-related issues, coordinating with the Regional Security Officer and country leadership.

The successful candidate will conduct threat assessments, develop security concepts, and oversee travel and VIP security operations while fostering relationships with authorities and service

Qualifications

• Professional security qualification from a recognized authority, or equivalent experience in law enforcement or related field.
• Strong ability to analyze information from diverse sources and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing security incidents, risk assessment, and crisis management in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess country-specific security threats and risks.
• Develop and implement security concepts and plans for projects.
• Manage country property protection and classify sites per Siemens policies.
• Implement Siemens travel regulations and ensure travel security.
• Provide security awareness and measures for travelers; support VIP visits.
• Support regional security officer and country management as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, security providers and embassies.
