Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of sales experience in corporate, commercial projects, industrial customers, and institutional sales related to paint;
• Establish a marketing strategy in Pakistan in coordination with headquarters;
• Manage corporate operations, including organization structure, management systems, and compensation and motivation plans;
• Set feasible sales targets and develop a strong sales network by integrating market resources in Pakistan;
• Promote the Carpoly brand image and develop strategic partnerships with key customers;
• Excellent communication skills in English;

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates from well-known paint companies with extensive experience in wood paint, especially in retail business, are preferred. The candidate will be responsible for corporate operations, brand enhancement, and establishing the sales network.
