Job summary

Brain Box Automations is seeking a contract Unity Developer to maintain and grow our mobile learning games. The flagship is a 3D vocabulary game running on iOS and Android, part of a broader family of vocabulary and reading products used by families and schools.

This hands-on role focuses on Unity and mobile development within a large existing codebase, with opportunities to contribute backend and cloud work. You will ship features and manage releases to App Store and Google Play.

Qualifications

• Proven Unity/C# experience within a large, established codebase.
• Track record of shipping mobile games to the App Store and Google Play.
• Ability to own a feature end-to-end and debug across the application.
• Reliable with strong self-direction in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features in our Unity (C#) game - gameplay, UI, Addressables, and the build pipeline.
• Manage iOS and Android releases, including SDK updates, provisioning, signing, and Swift Package Manager
• Maintain third-party integrations such as Firebase, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and Apple/Google sign-in
• Investigate and resolve bugs, especially around accounts, authentication, and activation
• Support backend and cloud services behind the game as needed
