Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing in Khanpur is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to maintain and troubleshoot the company’s network and server infrastructure. You will install, configure, update hardware and software, and provide technical support to staff across a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, ensuring data security, backups, user management, and documenting procedures while collaborating with IT and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, routers, switches, and software firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and address issues as they arise.
• Troubleshoot network problems when they occur.
• Ensure data security by implementing access controls and firewalls.
• Maintain server infrastructure including backups, updates, and patches.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding network or system issues.
• Document all procedures for future reference.
