Job summary

Creative Engineering Consultants is seeking a seasoned Contract Expert to join our civil engineering team. You will oversee contract administration for donor-funded projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

You will work with FIDIC contracts (Red, Silver, Pink) across EPC and detailed supervision projects, assess risk, and provide expert advice to project teams. A BS in Engineering with a related master's, and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Engineering with Master’s degree in a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in contract management for donor-funded projects.
• Proficient in FIDIC contracts and their application in civil engineering projects.
