The primary objective is to enhance the quality of education in public schools, with a specific focus on teacher training and professional development.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Mentor to join our team for a 24‑month project. The CPD Mentor will oversee the successful implementation of the teacher‑training program and provide leadership to a team of nine to ten CPD coaches.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in developing and conducting training for teachers, preferably with some teaching experience, and excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
