Job summary

OLX Pakistan is seeking a Content Production Manager to oversee daily shoots, end-to-end production, and multi-format content including social videos, long-form reviews, and branded content.

The role requires strong social media management knowledge, basic After Effects skills, and the ability to coordinate a small production team across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily shoots across platforms (Reels, YouTube, etc.).
• Provide creative direction and feedback to editors.
• Lead production for live events, brand campaigns, and paid gigs.
• Review performance analytics and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and organized Content Production Manager to oversee our daily content shoots and end-to-end production processes. This role involves managing a variety of formats including short-form content like Instagram Reels, long-form YouTube videos (car and tech reviews), paid branded content, and event coverages. The ideal candidate must also possess solid knowledge of social media management and analytics, as well as a basic understanding of After Effects for small animation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• 1- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily shoots including social media content (Reels), YouTube videos, product reviews, and commercial projects.
• 2- Manage 2 videographers/Editors.
• 3- Ensure all content is shot, edited, and delivered according to deadlines.

Content Creation & Editing Oversight:

• 1- Post-production process from rough cuts to final delivery.
• 2- Provide creative direction and feedback to editors.
• 3- Use Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics and animation tasks when needed.
• 4- Lead the production of content during live events, brand campaigns, and paid gigs.

Social Media Management:

• 1- Oversee content posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• 2- Collaborate with social media teams to strategize and implement content plans.
• 3- Review performance analytics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in content production and social media management in a high-speed environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in handling content for automotive or tech-related platforms is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
