Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more with a strong focus on organic engagement and trending formats.
• Stay on top of platform trends, viral sounds, challenges, and content styles to keep our brand culturally relevant and fresh.
• Use tools like CapCut or similar to shoot and edit content quickly while maintaining quality and storytelling.
• Develop original video ideas and concepts that reflect the brand’s personality and stand out in the feed.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content that supports brand-building and community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.) and use those insights to improve future content.
• Ensure all content feels native to the platform, aligns with our goals, and creates a recognizable social media presence.
