Consultwise Tech is seeking a creative Video Editor – Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join its Marketing team. The role offers hands-on training and mentorship while working on real-time marketing projects.

The position focuses on editing for social media, short-form content, and brand-aligned videos with opportunities to learn motion graphics and media management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Design, Marketing, or related field (or final-year student).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, and internal use.
• Assist in creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos.
• Add transitions, effects, music, captions, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage raw footage and maintain an organized media library.
• Stay updated with video editing trends and social media formats.
