Job description

You will employ your management and leadership skills to manage consulting services delivered to customers.
You are expected to manage: client relationship, scope of work, deliverables, resources and customer satisfaction.
All these dimensions required good project management, resource management, scope management, communication, technical expertise and relationship management skills.
You are expected to have mature level of stated skills.
You are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the project, account and the relationship with the customer.
It is highly desirable that you exceed customer expectations in all the five dimensions listed above to produce a WOW customer experience.

• Are graduate in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering or any related discipline including language and arts with necessary technical training and experience.

• Are familiar with IM enterprise technologies; such as MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc.
• Are competent in at least business domains and knowledgeable on a variety of business domains such as distribution, sales, sales order management, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
• Are competent in one of the core industries Streebo is involved in such as pharmaceutical, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
• Are competent in leading one large or multiple small projects concurrently by coordinating with technical leads/managers
• Have ability to inspire and create a positive influence on people and building and leading a team of A players and developing them, hiring them, keeping them motivated and growing them.
• Have consultative selling ability
• Have excellent writing, presentation, documentation and oral communication skills
