Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI agent powered products using Semantic Kernel and Python, enabling automated workflows
• Orchestrate multi‑agent systems allowing agents to collaborate on complex tasks, process data, interact with APIs, and solve real work business challenges
• Integrate varied LLMs, tailoring prompt templates and agent plugins to deliver optimal results for specific business use cases
• Develop custom plugins, connectors that allow AI agents to communicate with external APIs, business applications and databases
• Optimize and monitor agent performance, ensuring safety, reliability, and scalability in enterprise environments
• Contribute to documentation model‑driven development process and share insights about emerging agentic technologies within team

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background, experience developing AI/ML solutions, building async workflows, micro‑services or distributed systems
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel ecosystem, agentic patterns and similar frameworks
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations and external service management

Skills and requirements

• Experience in orchestrating multi‑agent solutions for complex business tasks
• Strong problem‑solving skills, technical curiosity and continuous learning and adaptation to new AI tech and agent frameworks
