Responsibilities

  • Maintain user, group, Application, and computer accounts via Active Directory.
  • Creation and administration of email accounts via Microsoft’s Exchange Online.
  • Management of Exchange servers and accounts.
  • Applying the appropriate Microsoft Office licenses to accounts.
  • Manage Group Policy objects in Active Directory.
  • Performed cross-platform audits of Active Directory objects.
  • Creation of incident tickets for issue investigation.
  • Monitoring queues for incidents or requests.
  • Remote resolution of incidents when appropriate.
  • Fulfilment of requests on an as-needed basis.
  • Ticket lifecycle management, including documenting work notes.

Consultant - AD/Exchange/Group Policy
Responsibilities
  1. Maintain user, group, Application, and computer accounts via Active Directory (creation, modification, modification of permissions, and deactivation).
  2. Creation and administration of email accounts via Microsoft’s Exchange Online.
  3. Management of Exchange servers and accounts.
  4. Applying the appropriate Microsoft Office licenses to accounts.
  5. Manage Group Policy objects in Active Directory in sync with Group Policy object owners.
  6. Performed cross‑platform audits of Active Directory objects and user permissions as required.
  7. Creation of incident tickets when there is an issue which needs investigation.
  8. Monitoring queues for incidents or requests that require resolution.
  9. Remote resolution of incidents (when appropriate).
  10. Fulfilment of requests on an as needed basis.
  11. Ticket lifecycle management, including but not limited to documenting work notes, attaching relevant knowledge, and documenting incident resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
