The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and has 2–3 years of project coordination or construction experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Synchronise day‑to‑day project activities across teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables and pending actions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, trackers and maintain project documentation.
• Follow up on drawings, approvals, RFIs, submissions, procurement and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, contracts, procurement and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and flag delays, risks and coordination issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project records, correspondence and document registers.
• Support project meetings, site visits, inspections and management reporting.
• Carry out additional project‑related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
