Job summary

PeopleStrong requires an Area Recovery Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending with a focus on delinquency reduction. The role involves daily account monitoring, outreach to delinquent borrowers by phone and field collections, and building a capable collections team to meet targets.

The incumbent will coordinate with Muthoot Fincorp branches to ensure smoother collections, train staff, and drive timely recoveries, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in collections.
• 2 years of on-roll team supervision required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reduce delinquency and achieve collection targets.
• Earlier resolution with normalization of accounts.
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis.
• Contact delinquent borrowers via calls and field collections.
• Build and train the collections team.
• Collaborate with Muthoot Fincorp branches for smoother collections.
