Job summary

Apex Medical Advisors LLC is seeking a Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Rep for a new Medical Campaign. You will reach out to U.S. healthcare providers, explain our compliance and reporting solutions, and schedule demos for the sales team.

The role is onsite in Lahore with a 3-month probation on an incentive-based structure and a travel allowance. Top performers may advance into senior sales or leadership roles as the campaign scales.

Qualifications

• Prior cold calling / telesales experience (healthcare or B2B preferred but not required).
• Clear, professional phone communication skills (US-accent friendly).
• Willing to work onsite, night shift, in Lahore.

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated cold caller to help grow our client base of U.S. healthcare providers as part of our Medical Campaign. You'll be the first voice prospects hear introducing Apex's healthcare compliance and reporting solutions to physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators.

This is a brand-new campaign — massive growth potential for early team members.As we scale, top performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior sales, team lead, or training roles as the campaign expands.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. healthcare providers/practices using provided prospect lists
• Follow scripts and objection-handling guides to explain our services
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls/demos for the sales team
• Log call outcomes and update CRM/tracking sheets accurately
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

• Prior cold calling / telesales experience (healthcare or B2B preferred but not required)
• Clear, professional phone communication skills (US-accent friendly)
• Comfortable with rejection and high call volumes
• Able to work onsite, night shift, in Lahore
• Basic familiarity with healthcare terminology a plus (training provided)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with VoIP dialers (JustCall, Aircall, etc.)
• Prior experience in healthcare/medical sales campaigns

Compensation & Structure:

• Probation Period: 3 months, incentive-only
• Post-Probation: Upon successful completion (graduation from probation), eligible for a basic salary
• Travel Allowance: PKR 30,000/month for onsite travel
• Incentive: $100 per confirmed sale
• Uncapped incentive potential — no ceiling on earnings based on performance
