Job summary
Facilitative Employment Services - Kamayi is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to support ERP implementations, configurations, and upgrades for clients. You will work with SAP B1, SQL, Crystal Reports and the WR1 add-on, delivering end-to-end ERP solutions.
The role involves client-facing consulting, documentation, testing, and user training, with a focus on delivering high-quality deployment and ongoing support in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on SAP Business One experience including implementation, configuration and support.
- Strong SQL query writing and database reporting skills.
- Experience with Crystal Reports and ERP-related testing.
- Familiarity with Jira Helpdesk and client-facing consulting.
- Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP B1 configuration, customization and WR1 add-on workstreams.
- Deliver end-to-end ERP implementation and client support services.
- Perform upgrades, enhancements, and software changes for clients.
- Prepare functional requirements, system designs and user guides.
- Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to customers.
- Create release guides and documentation for new ERP releases.
- Assist with pre-sales discussions and account management.
