Job summary

SummitLab in Gujrat, Pakistan is seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to design, implement and maintain our cloud infrastructure and streamline software development processes. You will collaborate with developers, system admins and IT teams to automate operations and improve deployment efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a CS degree, 2+ years in DevOps, strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field.
2+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Hands-on automation with Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python or Ruby.
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using automation tools.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with developers to optimize deployment processes.
Automate software testing and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Implement security measures to protect systems.
Continuously evaluate new tools to improve systems.
Provide technical support to other teams.
