Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently administer, score, and interpret clinical psychometric assessments.
• Strong understanding of testing principles and standardized procedures.
• Excellent report writing, accuracy, confidentiality, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Independently administer clinical psychometric tests and assessments using standardized procedures.
• Score, interpret, and analyze psychometric assessment results in accordance with established guidelines and professional standards.
• Prepare accurate assessment reports and maintain comprehensive documentation of findings.
• Communicate effectively in English regarding assessment procedures and results, within the scope of professional competence.
• Select appropriate assessment tools based on the purpose of the evaluation and the individual's needs.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of psychological assessment records and sensitive information.
• Ensure all assessments are conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable professional guidelines.
• Collaborate with relevant team members to support assessment requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Stay updated on clinical assessment methodologies, psychometric tools, and best practices in Clinical Psychology.
