Job summary

Intellect is seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its telehealth team, delivering 60-minute sessions for mental health and personal growth. Remote freelance role with flexible hours, onsite options occasional. Build a practice while helping expand access to care.

You will conduct 1-on-1 sessions, focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, and related issues, and work with our clinical team to enhance the program and platform. Urdu proficiency and AHPC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Master or higher in Clinical Psychology with AHPC registration.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, MI, DBT or SFBT.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours completed.
• AHPC registered and eligible to practice.
• Occasional on-site sessions and Urdu language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or on-site mental health support for Intellect clients.
• Address clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, and related disorders.
• Collaborate with internal clinical team to improve program and platform.

You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform Intellect, where your role is to support our clients mental health and personal growth based on the individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on our platform.

This is a freelance remote role with the flexibility to decide your business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can still be considered. This role is a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice.

Were seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public to provide mental health coaching.

What Youll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc.
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

• Has a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours
• AHPC Registered
• Able to do occasional onsite sessions
• Candidate must be proficient in Urdu language
• Prior experience in EAP, and/or counselling work
• Prior experience with group sessionsCritical Incident Support Program experience is preferred
