Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a licensed Clinical Psychologist to support clients’ mental health through telehealth and occasional onsite sessions in Lahore. The role requires delivering 60-minute sessions, handling diverse clinical cases, and collaborating with the clinical team on program improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Master/PG Diploma in Clinical Psychology, 3+ years post-master experience, and expertise in CBT, MI, DBT, or SFBT, with fluent Urdu and Seraiki. EAP experience is a plus.

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support
• Work with clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction

Requirements

• Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Clinical Psychology

• Experience working with psychological topics such as depression, OCD, and PTSD
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT
• At least 300 clinical hours
• Able to do occasional onsite sessions
• Proficient in Urdu and Seraiki
• Prior experience in EAP and/or counselling work
