Qualifications

• Ability to prepare accurate case notes, assessment summaries, progress reports, and treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological assessments and structured intake interviews to understand clients' concerns and strengths.
• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy using approaches suited to each client's needs and treatment goals.
• Develop, document, and review treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality, informed consent, appropriate professional boundaries, and accurate client records.
• Recognize risk and safeguarding concerns, take appropriate steps, and coordinate referrals or urgent support when needed.
• Collaborate with relevant professionals and contribute to a supportive, client-centered counseling service.
