Job summary

Work Together is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our remote care team in Pakistan. You will review prescriptions, provide medication counseling, monitor safety, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication management, using digital health systems, maintaining records, and staying updated with current guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

Valid pharmacist license in the state you practice.
3–5 years of pharmacy experience.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
BLS certification desirable.
Experience with telehealth and remote work.
Proficiency with pharmaceutical databases and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Review and execute physician prescriptions, checking their appropriateness and legality.
Provide pharmaceutical care, including medication therapy management and safety monitoring.
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Offer expert advice to patients concerning their medications, including potential side effects and proper storage.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient's medication adherence and provide necessary counseling.
Conduct and utilize medication histories to assess drug utilization patterns.
Manage prescription and non-prescription medication orders, including refill authorizations.
Use digital healthcare systems to manage pharmacy operations efficiently.
Document and communicate consultation outcomes to healthcare teams.
Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical research, advancements, and guidelines.
