The ideal candidate holds a Pharm-D and valid registration, with strong communication and patient-handling skills, and the ability to work independently within a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration/license as required.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmaceutical consultation to patients at assigned clinics.
• Understand patients medication related concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
• Review prescriptions and provide information regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions.
• Promote safe and effective use of medicines in accordance with professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and healthcare professionals when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare guidelines.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.
