Job description

Aimviz is a visual design and multimedia company with clients in more than 40 countries and an exceptional clientele base. After successfully running this new division, the company is looking for an exceptional Client Relationship Manager in his early 30s for its 10 pm-7 am night shift. This position is for our American and Australian clients, so exceptional English speaking skills are a pre-requisite.

His duties include:

  1. Attend calls received by prospective buyers and convert them into clients.
  2. Make proposals, contracts, and handle all documentation for the Sales and Support Department.
  3. Head a sales team and ensure performance evaluation of employees.
  4. Develop new innovative ideas to expand the business and identify new opportunities within the division.
  5. Manage problem clients and take calls on Skype if necessary.
  6. Take personal interest in the well-being of all high-profile clients.
  7. Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
  8. Be prepared to take on any additional tasks within this capacity.
  9. Oversee database creation for all clients.
