Job summary

ASA Technologies in Lahore is seeking a confident Customer Experience Executive to join our Lahore team. The role focuses on direct client interaction, resolving concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

This position requires strong English communication, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple client queries while identifying upsell opportunities. Working hours are 6 PM to 3 AM, on-site at near American School, Upper Mall, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client/account management
• Fintech experience is a plus
• Excellent English communications skills
• Great interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and issue a resolution in a timely manner
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate smooth communication across departments
• Monitor account activities and provide regular updates and reports
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services
