Job summary

Telerelation in Islamabad is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects for clients. The role requires 5+ years in civil project management and hands-on expertise with roads, highways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.

You will coordinate project scope, schedules, costs, and client communication, review drawings, estimate quantities, manage resources, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints. Strong planning and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in civil project management.
• Experience with roads, highways, concrete, sidewalks, paving, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, reinforcement, and construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

Job Summary

Telerelation is looking for an experiencedCivil Project Manager to join our Islamabad office and manage civil infrastructure projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have5+ years of experience in civil project management, particularly inroads, highways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure projects.

This role requires a strong combination ofproject management, cost control, scheduling, and client coordination. The candidate should be able to understand project requirements, plan project execution, monitor progress, control labour, and coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil infrastructure projects from planning and estimation through execution and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost issues and support timely resolution.
• Track project scope, changes, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress and status reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, scope documents, and project requirements.
• Estimate quantities for concrete, reinforcement/rebar, asphalt, paving, sidewalks, earthwork, and other civil works.
• Review project drawings and identify scope items required for accurate estimation.
• Assist with bid preparation, pricing, and tender documentation.
• Compare estimated quantities and costs with project requirements and identify discrepancies.
• Support project cost tracking and identify variations between estimated and actual costs.
• Review civil and structural drawings to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate technical requirements with engineering and project teams.
• Monitor construction activities and ensure work aligns with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the project team.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project resources and utilization.
