Job Description
Sanyou Machinery & Technology International is looking for fresh and motivated Civil Engineering graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program. This role offers hands‑on experience in construction projects, estimation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and project execution
- Support senior engineers in planning, design, and coordination
- Help in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Assist in drafting and compiling technical and financial proposals
- Monitor construction activities and maintain quality standards
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- BS (Hons) in Civil Engineering
- Fresh or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering software
- Understanding of BOQ preparation and estimation (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
