Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, IT infrastructure or tech leadership.
• 3+ years in senior technology leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/SE; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience leading enterprise tech teams.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expert in system architecture, APIs, databases, and enterprise infra.
• Experience implementing AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Strong cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI risk management.
• Experience managing multi-location IT environments.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing the company's technology vision, digital transformation, and AI strategy. The CTO will lead software engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and automation initiatives while ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's technology and AI strategy.
• Develop and implement a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
• Oversee software development, system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Embed AI and automation into business workflows, products, and internal tools.
• Identify and replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions.
• Implement and manage AI technologies, including LLMs and workflow automation platforms.
• Translate business requirements into innovative, AI-enabled technology solutions.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, servers, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Design, deploy, and manage technology infrastructure for multiple office locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, or technology leadership.
• Minimum 3+ years in a senior technology leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience leading software engineering and enterprise technology teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in system architecture, APIs, databases, scalable applications, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, information security, data privacy, and AI risk management.
• Experience managing enterprise networks, servers, IP telephony, and multi‑location IT environments.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable technology solutions and continuously improve business systems.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
