Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, creating and executing menus, managing inventory and food costs, and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes. You must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience is required.
