Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school.
• minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in Cath Lab.
• valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
• certifications in CPR, Safe Medication Administration, ACLS, BLS.
• excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in executing quality patient care in the Cath Lab.
• Ensure patient-focused care through multidisciplinary coordination.
• Lead 24/7 operations to maintain continuous quality improvement.
• Support staff development across the unit.
• Manage human and material resources of the service.
