Job summary

Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) and at least three years of experience.
• Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
• Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration and IV cannulation.
• Ability to assess, plan and manage patient care with protocols.
• Willingness to work with shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients.
• Administer medication safely, monitor responses and report findings promptly.
• Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors.
• Demonstrate efficiency in use of electronic monitoring equipment.
• Demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care planning.
• Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
