As a Car Field Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will play a key role in driving growth by managing and enhancing the sales experience for our partner dealers and private sellers. Responsibilities:




  • Lead the execution of seller engagement processes, including visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings, while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet PakWheels' quality standards.

  • Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in the assigned car inventory.

  • Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.

  • Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.

  • Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.
