Job description

As a Car Field Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will be a key member of our dynamic team responsible for facilitating and driving car sales for partner dealers and private sellers. This role requires a blend of communication skills, market knowledge, and proven sales acumen to ensure the successful growth of PakWheels’ vehicle sales platform.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage vehicle listings for assigned customers, including visiting seller locations to upload and update car listings while coordinating with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification.
  • Handle and respond to incoming customer inquiries (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) related to assigned car stock, providing accurate and engaging information to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct visits to seller locations alongside prospective buyers, utilizing effective sales techniques to showcase and sell vehicles, enhancing the customer buying experience.
  • Facilitate the proper and smooth transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers during transaction processes.
  • Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to managers in the specified format to track sales activities, customer engagement, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automobiles, including industry trends and market standards.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools (Internet, Email).
