Job summary

HRSI is seeking a CAPEX Finance Officer in Pakistan to manage capital expenditures, budgets, and asset capitalization for major projects. You will ensure accurate tagging and tracking of assets within the Fixed Assets Register and enforce GMP and EHS guidelines.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./BBA). Based in Jamshoro, the position is full-time with on-site responsibilities in line with client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in CAPEX / Finance / Asset Management.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Experience with asset tagging and fixed assets register.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital expenditures against projects.
• Plan, execute, and track project progress within budget and schedule.
• Ensure timely capitalization of assets for completed projects.
• Tag and verify assets; manage inventory in Fixed Assets Register.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality policies, and Haleon guidelines.
• Adhere to Environment, Health and Safety policies and guidelines.

Job description

HRSI is looking forCAPEX Finance Officer for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the capital expenditures against projects.
• Planning, executing, and tracking project progress within budget and schedule.
• Ensure timely capitalization of assets against closed projects.
• Ensure proper tagging and verification of assets.
• Ensure timely asset disposal/write-off with documentation.
• Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for in Fixed Assets Register (FAR).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
