Job Description: Job Overview Global Alliance is looking for energetic, results-driven Call Center Representatives to join our international outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling to target audiences in Canada, qualifying prospects, and driving lead generation campaigns for our North American clients. If you have basic English communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling global BPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to businesses or consumers in Canada to introduce services and products.
• Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
• Engage prospects effectively, overcome objections, and present value propositions clearly.
• Set up appointments or transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly lead generation quotas.

Shift Flexibility

Ability to work night or evening shifts consistently to align with Canadian operational hours.
