Job Description

We are looking for committed and trustworthy Business Support Specialists to join our growing team! This is a full-time, on-site role with long-term growth potential and performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Updating databases, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Social Media Management: Creating content, scheduling posts, LinkedIn tasks, engaging with followers, and moderating activity.
  • General administrative and business support tasks as needed.
  • Conduct large-scale data collection from multiple websites (around 40,000 entries) and accurately organize the information into structured tables or spreadsheets.
Bonus / Preferred Skills (not mandatory, but highly valued)
  • Experience with Heygen, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar editing tools
  • Ability to enhance clips with subtitles, music, transitions, call-to-action overlays, and light branding
  • Editing AI-generated content, as well as Zoom/workshop recordings
  • Can deliver 50+ clips per month (1–5 minutes each)
  • Creative, fast, and detail-focused
  • Able to follow prompts or scripts and work independently
  • Candidates with these skills will be given preference.
