Responsibilities

• Translate business questions and requirements into analytical frameworks and measurable KPIs.

• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports, executive summaries, and business presentations.
• Work extensively with Excel and SQL for data analysis, investigation, validation, and reporting.

• Collaborate with product, commercial, data engineering, and business teams to define metrics and analytical requirements.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills, including analytical functions, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, with the ability to build sophisticated dashboards and visualizations.
• Good working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.
• Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into simple, business‑friendly narratives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, business performance analysis, and analytical methodologies.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large‑scale datasets and geospatial or location‑based data.
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, financial services, retail, consulting, or other data‑intensive industries.
• Experience building executive dashboards and management reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced product or technology company.
