Green Peak International in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive new customer acquisition, open bank accounts, and promote banking products for individuals and micro businesses.

The role involves fieldwork, community outreach, and travel within the territory, with a focus on meeting targets while ensuring KYC compliance and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 1–2 years relevant field sales or microfinance experience.
• Experience in account acquisition, deposit mobilization, or similar banking sales activities.
• Ability to perform field work and travel within territory.
• Knowledge of KYC/documentation procedures.

About the Role

Position: Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and open bank accounts within assigned territory
• Promote current and savings accounts and other banking products (savings, loans, digital banking) to individuals and small businesses
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly account‑opening and deposit targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct field visits, door‑to‑door outreach, and community engagement activities
• Ensure accurate completion of documentation and KYC requirements
• Report daily activity and progress to line manageri>
