Job description

We needs BDMs/ CSRs (fully remote) for different departments in our company, usual to the promptness to answer/ make calls via given instructions/ training, you would be required to:

• Act as a liaison between Falak and its stakeholders. This is while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
• Communicating and promptly responding to the enquiries being received while maintaining good organisation at all times.
• Have the ability to reach out to people via e-mails, social media posts and other communication channels.
• Communicate thoughtful, customised solutions that help the stakeholders to move forward with our business.

Requirements & Skills

Person should be well versed as to the ethics of sales and marketing. We will be giving preference to people having a knack for Digital Marketing. Experience in Recruitment would be a huge plus for our BDM requirements in the HR Department of the company.

Please note that fluency in English language is a must.
