A leading engineering company in Pakistan is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee technical sales for electrical and mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will manage the sales pipeline, conduct requirement analysis for clients, and possess strong financial modelling skills. Applicants with 4-5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Management of Power Sales portfolio·
Management of sales pipeline ·
Proactively pursue technical sales leads and coordinate with customers·
Requirement analysis and proposal creation for customers·
Financial modelling for internal and external communication ·
Financial Modelling with Cost benefit analysis, Return on investment, payback and Internal rate of return analysis·
Project management input to active projects·
Coordination with vendors, sub-contractors and stakeholders·
Steep learning curve with affinity to learn and adapt new technologies.
4-5 years’ experience in technical sales ·
Understanding of Multi fuel turbines and engines
Understanding of Low voltage systems ·
Expertise of Electrical and Mechanical requirements for turbines and engines·
Proficient in MS-Excel and Financial Modelling·
Dynamic individual with Good presentation skills and communication skills in English (written and oral)·
Project Management, analysis & Design (desirable)
