Job description

- BDMs are responsible for bringing in new business for the organization and maintain a healthy and a mutually beneficial relationship with the client.
- They report directly to the senior BDM following the targets and goals set by him.
- Making presentations and proposals for prospective clients and also provide analytical feedback to current clients.

Job Specification

- BDMs must be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for the client and the management alike.
- BDMs have to be excellent oral and written communicators.
- General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required, along with experience composing a number of types of professional documents.
- Analytical thinking is an important asset, as they are often required to prioritize their own work, and develop processes that monitor progress and performance for the company.
- Need to be very organized, exude a positive image that reflects well on the organization.
